Terms Status

These terms explain the basic conditions for using VEXCONVERT.

VEXCONVERT is currently a free service and does not require a subscription or payment to use its available local image conversion features.

These terms may be updated when important changes are made to the service. The "Last Updated" date identifies the current version.

1. Acceptance and Scope

VEXCONVERT is a free browser-based image conversion tool provided by REALVEX Studio.

By using VEXCONVERT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. Your Files and Privacy

VEXCONVERT's local conversion features are designed to process images inside your browser and on your device.

When you use local conversion, your images are not sent to REALVEX Studio's servers for the purpose of performing the conversion.

REALVEX Studio does not obtain ownership of images you choose to process using VEXCONVERT, and using the service does not transfer ownership or rights in your files to REALVEX Studio.

Your files remain yours, and you retain ownership and rights to them.

3. Personal Data

Local conversion does not require your images to be sent to REALVEX Studio.

REALVEX Studio does not collect the content of images processed locally merely because you use VEXCONVERT.

If you choose to contact REALVEX Studio yourself, such as by email or through a contact form, information you provide may be processed only as reasonably necessary to respond to you or handle your request, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Conversion and Results

Conversion results may depend on the original image, selected format, conversion settings, browser, and device.

Results may vary between devices and browsers, and not all image formats or file properties may be supported in every environment.

Conversion may change certain properties of a file, including:

• Image quality or file size.

• Transparency.

• Metadata.

• Certain features associated with the original format.

For important files, review the converted result before relying on it or replacing your original file.

5. Use of the Service

You may use VEXCONVERT to process images for personal or commercial purposes, provided that your use is lawful and complies with these terms.

You may not use the service to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to its systems or components.

• Disrupt, damage, or abuse the service or its resources.

• Reproduce or operate the service in a way that bypasses its intended use.

• Use the service for unlawful activities.

You are responsible for the images and files you choose to process and for having the necessary rights or permissions to use and convert them.

6. VEXCONVERT Software and Rights

VEXCONVERT, including its software, interface, design, logo, service name, and original materials associated with it, is owned by REALVEX Studio or the respective rights holders.

Your use of VEXCONVERT gives you permission to use the service in accordance with these terms. It does not give you ownership of the software, trademarks, design, or other intellectual property belonging to REALVEX Studio.

You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or present VEXCONVERT as your own service, or exploit its protected components without appropriate permission.

7. Free Service and Changes

VEXCONVERT is currently free, but REALVEX Studio may update, improve, modify, or change certain features, formats, or functions of the service over time.

New features may be added, existing features may be modified, or features may be removed, and technical requirements may change over time.

If paid features or services are introduced in the future, they will be clearly identified and governed by separate terms where appropriate. The current free service will not become a paid service without clear notice where required by applicable law.

8. Availability and Performance

We make reasonable efforts to keep VEXCONVERT available, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device and browser.

The service may be affected by technical issues, browser updates, device limitations, operating system changes, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of REALVEX Studio.

9. File Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping backups of your original and important files.

Because local conversion takes place on your device, REALVEX Studio does not control the files stored on your device and cannot guarantee that they can be recovered if they are deleted or lost due to your device, browser, operating system, or another cause outside the service itself.

10. Nature of the Service

VEXCONVERT is a tool for processing and converting images. It is not intended to be a file storage, hosting, or backup service.

Do not rely on VEXCONVERT as the only place where important files are stored.

11. Legal Rights

These terms are not intended to remove or limit any right or protection granted to users by applicable law.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Important Privacy Notice

VEXCONVERT is designed to process images locally inside your browser. When using local conversion, your images are not sent to REALVEX Studio's servers for the purpose of conversion. Your images do not become the property of REALVEX Studio, and using the service does not transfer your rights in them.
